Our Starter Girl (plans) and Go Girl (personal coaching) subscriptions are designed to fit around your busy lifestyle because it isn't all about the training. You may be wondering how you can add a running plan into your week?

We have designed our coaching platform to ensure you get enough training in, but also making your plan realistic and practical. Gain strength, gain confidence and enjoy the training journey, while we do the planning.  Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can x Coach Maree.

*Coaching Subscriptions are currently only available to New Zealand or Australian residents.

About This Training Program

Your perfect place to start! The Starter Girl package is an online coaching system used by hundreds of women to improve their running.

It’s packed full of running goodness such as plans for different levels, a huge workout video library, access to a private community where you can connect with other members, win prizes, access to educational Zoom sessions and Group Coaching Sessions happening fortnightly (so you still get expert advice and contact with a Coach).

About This Training Program

Get to your results faster with a completely personalised program! The Go Girl package is designed for women who want to get the added support, motivation and specific advice that a personal coach gives you. Plus have the benefit of weekly communication and 1 on 1 zoom catch-ups with your Coach. ‘We believe accountability is the most successful tool for our coached clients’.

It includes all of the online features of the Starter Girl package but comes with personalised - dedicated support from one of our experienced qualified coaches.
