


Run-lates at Origin Fitness Whangaparaoa
The sessions start with 30 minutes of Reformer/Mat pilates, then you head out for a 20 minute walk or run with the Coaches (with a training focus each run) and then back for some lovely stretches.
$150 for the 6 session block (must be paid to secure your spot) or $35 per single session.
